Refund policy

All products sold by Free Ranging Homebodies are digital downloads (printable PDF files). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or opening your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@freeranginghomebodies.co and we'll do our best to resolve it — including re-sending the file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases (please review your cart carefully before checkout)
• Incompatibility with your software (files are delivered as PDFs, compatible with most devices and free PDF readers)
